    ¼ Cup Water
3 Dates or 3 tsp Coconut Sugar

Instructions

Step 1. Cut the bananas down the middle the long way and place in your dehydrator overnight, or place them in the broiler on its most reduced temperature until the banana pieces are mostly dry yet still flexible.

Step 4. When the bananas are done, put a piece out on a cutting board, and spread a percentage of the date sauce along its length, then move it up longwise to make a smaller than usual cinnamon roll.
Step 5. Put more date sauce on another banana a wrap the banana around the outside of the initially moved banana.
Proceed with this procedure a few more times until you have a medium estimated cinnamon move glancing back at you.
Step 6. Spoon a little coconut sauce on the cinnamon moves, and appreciate as-is or dry out for 60 minutes or something like that to warmth up.
